And that's a wrap for Health and Wellbeing Week!

A BIG THANK YOU to all of our pupils, past pupils, parents, staff and friends.

I hope you all gained something from the week and can use this going forward.

Even the smallest of changes can have a big impact on your life.

Mr. Murray

Highlights of the week:

** See below for daily photos **

We hope you will get involved and try some of the activities this week.

Take a break from your normal school routine and enjoy some fun, family activities while recognising the beauty we have around us and being grateful for all that we have.

Let’s try and have lots of fun and please send any pictures or videos of this week to mrmurrayclonburris@gmail.com.
We will be updating the Clonburris website and Twitter account with any pictures and videos we receive. Anyone who gets involved in the week will be entered in a draw for some great prizes.

The daily activity sheet is something that we hope you will enjoy filling in at the end of every day, you can send in a picture of it when it is done or if you want to keep it personal that is fine too.

We hope you have a great week!!!

Here is some inspiration from all at Clonburris for the week ahead, especially Sports Day!

Here is our plan for the week:

Picture

Monday's Inspiration:
A video message from
past pupil Dr. Andrea Bowe

Tuesday's Inspiration:
Sandra Tyrell, one of our fantastic parents. Sandra is also a past pupil, a primary school teacher and Mammy to Olivia, Sarah
and James.

Friday's Inspiration:
Paula Swayne, the Sports Officer for South Dublin County Council. Paula has been involved with our school cross country program and Marathon Kids, and has been a great help in keeping our school active!

Thursday's Inspiration:
Who better to inspire us for our Sports Day, than past pupil and Dundalk FC player,
Chris Shields.
Hopefully you can try some of the Sports Day activities shown in our Teacher Video, and remember some activities can be done indoors or over the next few days if the weather isn't good to us.

Wednesday's Inspiration:
Jason Joyce, another of our inspirational past pupils. Jason is a physiotherapist, and a health and wellness coach. He also plays for Round Towers GAA Club.
Parents: Jason has his own podcast series to help optimise your health and well being. They are short 10 minute episodes. You can listen here on Spotify or Apple Podcast.

A video of the sea at Portmarnock today.

It was neither sunny nor warm but the Tyrell family enjoyed the vast open space.

The sound of the sea and the fresh air is very calming and relaxing.

Monday: Happy Photos,
there is beauty all around me.
