We will be updating the Clonburris website and Twitter account with any pictures and videos we receive. Anyone who gets involved in the week will be entered in a draw for some great prizes.

Banana Smoothie
Ingredients: Instructions
Ingredients: Instructions
- 2 Bananas Put all ingredients into a blender and
- 1 Tbsp Greek/Plain Yoghurt blend until smooth. Pour into a glass
- 1 tsp honey and enjoy a refreshing drink!
- ½ cup of milk
- 3 ice cubes
