Day 4: Thursday 30th April
Half way through the week and everyone is still continuing to be very active!
Some new ideas being done, like a hang tough challenge and projects about our favourite sports stars.

Day 3: Wednesday 29th April
The weather didn't spoil today's activities.
It is great to see such a variety of activities going on and lots of people watching PE lessons on TV and YouTube.
The activity record sheets are filling up fast!

I have received some great emails and photos today, have a look at some of the activities that have been going on!
I even got active myself on the trampoline! Lovely to see Harry and Sam out for a jog/walk along the canal Well done to Leon in 1st Class for doing some yoga in Corkagh Park Tara in 6th has been very active by cycling, doing a kickaround and playing camogie. And I look forward to seeing your completed record sheet at the end of the week. Kacey, Emily and Megan are doing 'my estate parkrun'. They completed their first walk/run today. All you have to do is find 4 different ways of being active everyday making sure that this adds up to
60 minutes or more of physical activity.
All members of the family are asked to get involved.
** There will be some prizes for entries so get out and get active! Complete one of the sheets attached and email it or a photograph of it to [email protected] **
