Hey boys and girls,
Mr . Murphy suggested you may have all had enough of school work and since June is usually a fun month in school we would just give you fun activities to do. Ms. Morley kindly did a page for us all (see link on top of page and here June 15th - 30th: click here for a message and activity ideas.
I'd like to wish you all a very happy summer and I hope to see you all as normal in September. I'm really looking forward to being back in the classroom in 1st class with Ms. de Oliveria's boys and girls.
As always I'd love to hear from you and what you've been up to so please send me an email to anne_cogan@hotmail.com
Please read a little every day. You can also listen to some audio books online. I use https://www.audible.co.uk/ and they have lots of free books for kids. This website lists best books of all time for children https://www.booktrust.org.uk/books-and-reading/our-recommendations/100-best-books/
Keep up fun activities with your family such as baking, cooking, jigsaw, board games, maybe some online yoga or dancing, quizzes , play card games, make a treasure hunt, do some art , science experiments. Some fun online activities- Art for Kids hub on youtube, go noodle, cosmic kids yoga.
Parents - just do what suits you and your family. Please don't feel any pressure. All kids will be in the same boat when we get back to school and teachers will be doing lots of revision in September.
Hope to see you soon, Ms. Cogan
